Research Interests 

My scientific concern is with understanding how complex cognitive activities-such as acquiring, producing and understanding language-can be carried out in human minds. In the consequence I am fascinated with the relations between language and general cognition on the one hand and interface representations and processes within the language system on the other hand. In particular, my interest centers on the verbalization of events and on spatial language.
